Underrepresented Species
« on: May 24, 2011, 03:49:28 PM »
So I was just reading one of Sneezy's posts, and he has a point.  There are almost exclusively canines/nids, And recently elephants, and dragons.
So, I figured I would make a list of some species that are at least established that people could explore? Feel free to add to the list.
Horse
Mouse
Sheep/Goat
There are some cats, but not all that many, I guess I can put them here. Cat.
Reptile
Scorpion
Sub-Zero

So, I'm obviously not trying all that hard, those are just the first few that came to mind.  I know a lot of female-interested people don't like reptiles because they have no breasts, but since when has that stopped furry artists? Heh.
Not too different from dragons, really.
Life keeps me busy, I am rarely around here anymore, but pop in on occasion.

and that hasn't stopped me from browsing furaffinity or paheal for lizard characters with breasts. :D

- leopards
- lions
- tigers
- BEARS... don't see too many of those around.
- moles
- Rats. i'd pay to see Justin from NIMH with a cold. Jenner, anyone?
- badgers
- Weasels plz. come now; an unused Weasel in Roger Rabbit was one who sneezes slime.

I say pigs/boars/warthogs and rhinos. Rocksteady and Bebop anyone?
Perhaps kangaroos too and rabbits.
Gators/crocs

Most of the good ones have been covered. It's safe to say that fox, elephant, and dragon are done a LOT though X3
I'm just that goofy white shepherd you hear about.

I looooove horse anthros, I would definitely consider doing some male horse oriented art or stories if I can think up a good hook or character. I believe the only one I have is kind of a demon horse dude, but he could work :|a

I would have to say.

skunks,
opossum,
frogs, or other amphibians,
birds, such as phoenix, eagles, ravens, cardinals, etc...

that's all I can think of.
I've got nothing important to say. I just wanted to type something in this box of my profile. I'm an egg short of a dozen. A puzzle without all the pieces. I'm crazy.

Even though I really love the normal sneezing characters that are on here, I have to agree with these. Maybe I'll do something different when I'm not working on my requests...poor animals that are not represented. Dragons and vixens are great...but what about these poor listed animals?...maybe they could be used both to sneeze AND to cause sneezing...a rat vs. a dragon...that would be hilarious to see...after all the requests I'm working on, I could write that if someone wanted me to.
