I had an idea recently that involved the concept of powder dusted into fur, like some sort of make-up or shiner, and having it cause problems for their partner.
Aside from that, I enjoy simple adventures where the environment or bad luck is the main antagonist. But no specific idea. I find when a story is TOO forced that it ends up feeling shallow, and these days I want both a story and a sneezefest at the same time. Far harder to achieve than you might think.
I do recommend my World of Warcraft story, since that gives an idea of what I most enjoy reading. Not fanfiction per'se, but sneezing as a secondary plot point, not as the only plot point.
