Spiritomb is a pretty close contender too, also Onix who isn't a Ghost

4. Braixen (evolution of number three, good red nose)
3. Fennekin (great fire sneezing scenes, by it foxes are my favourite animals, fortunatelly, in this species, like number four and two, are SEVEN TIMES MORE males than females)
2. Delphox (evolution od number four and three, cute red nose and I think that the male voice would really good fit to it)
1. Electrode (like Voltorb and PokeBall, it's very similiar to the Polandball, but only Electrode has true Polish colours - white on the top and red on the bottom)
