the third in a series of books called 'chu's day' is out now; aside from blowing apart a circus, and a school, from what the google images have shown it looks like now he literally parts the beach water into two. XD

Heh wow!  I heard there was gonna be a sequel book.  Didn't know they were already on book 3, lol.  That looks cool. :)

I listened to this one as an audio book when Scribd was still giving me a free trial on all of their exclusive stuff. xD This one was cute; I think I liked the premise better than the first one, mostly because it's less mundane. From the problem to the solution, they're just trying to get him to sneeze and the methods they come up with are pretty inventive.
Haven't read the second one yet, though.

Also, it's confirmed that Chu has the photic reflex. ;3
"Check out the bees; they don't buzz around for money. They do it for free -- makin' love, makin' honey. Spreading pollen; how can you not fall in love!? And it might make you sneeze, but you better believe it's beautiful stuff."

hehe, the second one's pretty amusing, imo. x3 chu's first day of school, and the teacher asks him what his special talent is. once he unloads and nearly blows the school rooftop, he's just sitting there like, "that one :D"

Yeah, according to Amazon, this actually came out back in April. I've been meaning to get it from the library. I'll go ahead and place a reserve on it.

I'm a fan of the illustrator - he wrote / illustrated a couple of pretty funny books a while back called Frankenstein Makes a Sandwich and Frankenstein Takes the Cake, the latter of which includes a particular amusing haiku about Rex... "He knows Frankenstein's / the doctor, not the monster. / Enough already."

Oh, if it tickles anyone's fancy, there's now a Chu plush toy available - http://www.amazon.com/Chus-Plush-Neil-Gaiman-Adam/dp/B00LHB0FYW
