Title: [Community] Contest / Drawing out the lurkers

So it was suggested that we should have a contest to help bring everyone together and get more activity going on the forums. While I'm hassling with the re-encode for everything, I figure we could have a contest. Problem is that I don't think I have anything to offer, and I don't have a clue what the contest would be. So lets get some suggestions! I'll take anything to be able to stir up some activity here! :D

I'm not sure of prizes, but I think maybe something relating to whoever joins as a specific number. In other words, the one who becomes user number 50 or something on here, gets some kind or prize.

Art or Fiction contest of some sort? Prizes could be anything, but all i can really think of is praise or becoming a mod on the forum or something, but you likely wouldn't want to give moderator status out that freely :P

I was almost thinking a banner contest. Use any piece of artfrom the art archive, and make a neat logo. This one's basic is all. Darn us all for lacking in skills!!!

I could probably whack out a banner or two, I'm not exactly that good, but i'd enter if you did a banner contest :P we'd need like guidelines and stuff like color scheme (does it have to be red or would you change the websites color scheme to match with it) and i dunno, what sort of thing you want on it :P XD

maybe a drawing contest for some, or see if anyone can draw their characters doing a big or small or cute sneeze, the cutest sneeze? the biggest sneeze?  ;D and the prize would be that you would have a reward saying you have the cutest or biggest sneeze thing, a small logo thing as a prize or a drawing from the one who made the contest  ;)

I've got an idea for something. Reward is 2 months as a Benevolent Dragon. Yay special titles *laughs* Check the Art/Writing board for topic.

how about--

"draw your favorite character sneezing"
"draw a sneezing couple of your favorite characters"
"sneezing and '?' - best combination of sneezing and another item"

winner receives a pat on the back and a hearty download from everyone on the site.
