New Monstro sneeze coming?

i want to address a scene in the movie but as it just came out i'm afraid i'll have to refrain from it. is it really a spoiler if we as fetishists already know how the movie goes, though?

but let's just say Pinocchio finds himself in some deep doodoo, literally and figuratively speaking.

that being said i saw the movie and enjoyed honest john and gideon. they should've sneezed in some capacity and would have made up for monstro. needless to say this movie is receiving negative reviews and quite frankly they're right. whether this will stop disney, i doubt it.

For most people the sneezing scene was the most scary thing they have ever seen. I know it because most of the comment under my monstro clips in my channel said it.
But the direction of the scene was like an opera! The music, the animation, the sounds, the diretion were terrific. I watched a short documentary about the making off and the producer said  it was like they wanted to make his sneeze to be like a sea storm where Pinocchio and co tried to survive.
Instead here it's only a thing like.."oh no, we accidentally get swallowed by him..maybe some smoke can help to make him to open his mouth to escape!". So, the dialogue in the original one was brillant..istead here..Let's me to explain..your idea was to make him sneeze with smoke, ok? Why next you said "I think the smoke started to irritate him!" and the asnwer "maybe is tickling his nose". It was your plan! Who the hell wrote this dialogues?! 
And most important you have use some camera view from the outside too on the whale to make people understand what was really happening..watching it only from an iside view makes all cofused..

His sneeze like a force of nature. Brewing and agonizing for the monstrous whale. Amazing <3 <3 <3 <3

But yeah, in the new one it's almost like... less "show don't tell" than the original. Hearing that it's tickling his nose GETS me for sure, but it feels like it's added because there's less going on in the actual scene. It all plays out from the inside. The instant we're in his mouth, we never really leave
But again, i'm just pretty biased -u-
I just think the scene itself isn't as good as the original scene. Maybe not even that great as a stand-alone scene in general xP

The original intention to make it like an opera, having his SNEEZe be a BIG deal. The agony and suffering of FIGHTING the tickle, purely for the whale's own ego. The music swelling in the background, everything about it. I suppose it's hard to top xP

Okay, saw a clip of Honest John and holy crap, that may be the most realistic anthro fox I've seen that doesn't manage to look overly bestial or non-human. Like, there's photomorphs and stuff that always turn out awkward and lack the human touch, but that's not remotely the case here. The whale may have been flat and lifeless but they clearly had a furry on the team for that fox.

Guess I should actually watch the movie. I wanna see more of that animation.

Okay, I watched the full lenght scene and..yes..it's not so good.
Pinocchio & Co get swallowed, he makes Figaro sneeze for accident blowing dust in his face and he gets the idea. He uses an oil lamp and his feet like a flint by rubbing it(?!) to lighting the bonfire and make the smoke.
Then just before Monstro starts to inhale you can see in the background the smoke go up in his breather (and here I would have put an external view.. )

Then, the rest is in the clip.. I used the frame by frame option to capture Monstro just before the sneeze. And here we are:

Seeing all that tickly, irritating smoke would probably do something for me, granted. The moment of it entering a much, much more vulnerable part of his body -//////////////////////-
That's also a pretty nice pre-sneeze face. Not amazing, but I like it anyway~

I think it'd be fun to chat more personally about Monstro in general, if you're down~

I like how they made the fire right under his blowhole.
The smoke must tickle the giant terribly.
I would have loved it if he sneezed more often.
